We're looking for a rockstar dispatcher/CSR who knows HVAC and knows how to keep things running smooth.

What You'll Be Doing (You've Done This Before):

  • Taking calls from awesome customers (no cold calling)
  • Scheduling service appointments with accuracy and care
  • Communicating with our techs like a pro to keep the day flowing
  • Following up with customers (they actually like hearing from us)
  • Keeping notes and records neat, updated, and detailed
  • Helping customers feel taken care of from start to finish

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of HVAC dispatching or CSR experience (we want the real deal)
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
  • Friendly, clear communicator (both on the phone and with the team)
  • Tech-savvy—you know your way around scheduling software and CRMs
  • You stay cool under pressure and love making a plan come together
  • Bonus points if you know your way around HVAC terms and equipment

Schedule & Pay

  • Monday–Friday (8-hour shift)
  • $20–$30/hr based on experience
  • Bonuses + Commission Opportunities
