Roughly 50% of your time will be spent in hands-on manufacturing and operations support, ensuring that products are built, tested, and delivered to quality standards. You will collaborate with product managers, senior engineers, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet performance, safety, and cost requirements. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain both design and manufacturing experience, develop technical expertise, and grow within a dynamic engineering environment.  Key Responsibilities  Work directly with manufacturing and operations teams for ~50% of your time, supporting assembly, production troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities.  Assist in the design, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical systems and components.  Develop and review electrical schematics, diagrams, and specifications.  Perform calculations and simulations to support design decisions.  Support the selection of electrical components, materials, and hardware.  Participate in product testing and validation, ensuring compliance with industry standards.  Maintain thorough documentation of test activities, including test cases, procedures, and results, ensuring traceability to customer contracts.  Assist in preparing technical documentation, reports, and presentations.  Stay up to date with industry advancements, regulations, and best practices.  Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards in both engineering and manufacturing work.  Required Qualifications  Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.  Basic knowledge of circuit design, power distribution, and control systems.  Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.  Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.  Preferred Qualifications  Hands-on experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or prototyping environment.  Familiarity with soldering, or electronics assembly practices.  Exposure to lean manufacturing, quality control, or continuous improvement processes.  Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in manufacturing environments.  Experience using test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, or power supplies.  Internship, co-op, or project experience in electrical engineering or manufacturing is a plus.
