Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Brand Ownerto lead the development, management, and growth of our brand portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping brand identity, executing marketing strategies, and driving market expansion across multiple channels. This role requires a creative thinker with strong analytical skills, experience in digital marketing, and a comprehensive understanding of market research and consumer insights. The Brand Owner will play a pivotal role in ensuring brand consistency and positioning in competitive markets, including e-commerce and B2B sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive branding strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Manage social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Oversee product management from conception through launch, ensuring alignment with brand identity.
  • Lead multichannel marketing campaigns including digital marketing, public relations, and B2B marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct market research using tools like Nielsen to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and market data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies that increase market share and revenue growth.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite for content creation and branding materials.
  • Manage budgets for marketing campaigns and brand development projects.
  • Foster relationships with external partners, vendors, and media outlets to support brand initiatives.
  • Drive strategic planning efforts to expand brand presence in new markets or segments.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media management, product management, branding, and marketing.
  • Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data from Nielsen, market research reports, and digital analytics tools.
  • Expertise in e-commerce platforms and multichannel marketing strategies.
  • Excellent understanding of public relations tactics and digital marketing channels.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Demonstrated ability in strategic planning, budgeting, and sales growth initiatives.
  • Experience with B2B marketing environments is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate brand vision clearly across teams and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a creative leader passionate about building impactful brands that resonate with consumers across multiple platforms.
