Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Global Forward Engineering Lead based in the San Francisco Bay Area or Major Global Area e.g. New York, London etc with flexibility for remote work. The Lead will oversee the design, development, and deployment of advanced engineering solutions. Daily responsibilities include managing cross-functional teams, driving customer-facing forward-engineering initiatives, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals. The role will also involve collaborating with internal and customer stakeholders to deliver scalable and innovative outcomes tailored to business needs.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership skills, incl. experience managing cross-functional business & technical teams.
  • Proficiency in design, development, and deployment of data, AI and cloud-native solutions.
  • Expertise in Data, Machine learning workflows, Cloud-based infrastructure inc AWS, GCP, Azure
  • Advanced problem-solving capabilities and a track record of innovation in complex environments.
  • Excellent communication skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience in Data and highly-scalable systems is highly desirable.
  • Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment with flexibility to adapt to changing needs.
