Schedule: You will have five or six fixed working days each week. Availability to work during the weekends is a must.

Shift: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM / 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Work Hours: 8 hours per day

Pay Rate: $175 per day with opportunities for rapid growth

Paid Training: $100 per day. The number of training days will vary based on experience.

Job Description:

Our team is seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join us as FedEx Delivery Drivers in Colorado Springs, CO. As a FedEx delivery driver, you will be responsible for delivering packages to residential and commercial customers efficiently and safely. You'll play a key role in ensuring excellent customer service and on-time deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Start your day at the terminal by picking up the vehicle and packages
  • Deliver packages to residential and commercial customers in a timely manner
  • Load and unload the delivery vehicle
  • Inspect and maintain the delivery vehicle to ensure safety
  • Follow a delivery route and use GPS to optimize efficiency

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Background check and clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required
  • Must pass a drug screening
  • Obtain a DOT Medical Certification (paid by the company)
  • 2+ years of delivery or logistics experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift and handle up to 150 lbs (dollies provided)
  • Physically able to handle a fast-paced, demanding environment
  • Ability to drive in all weather conditions
