Customer Success Associate Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to provide personalized, seamless service throughout every interaction
  • Promote and sell telecommunications products while clearly communicating brand values
  • Provide accurate information about sales products and services to help customers make informed decisions
  • Maintain a professional, approachable demeanor while representing the company
  • Collaborate with other Customer Success Associates and team members to achieve sales goals, strengthen customer retention, and meet overall business objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance sales skills, service techniques, and product knowledge
  • Track and update customer interactions accurately, ensuring timely follow-up and outstanding service

What We're Looking For in a Customer Success Associate:

  • High school diploma or GED required; additional experience as a Customer Success Associate is highly preferred
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with customers
  • Enthusiasm for helping customers and a strong desire to contribute to the success of the Customer Success Associate team
  • Ability to multitask and manage various customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment
  • Charismatic, outgoing, and confident — able to represent our clients and products with energy and professionalism
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure every customer interaction is handled smoothly and effectively
