Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as a handyman professional, where your skills and expertise will shine In this role, we are looking for someone with multiple skills in the construction industry, from installing toilets, faucets, sheetrock repairs, LVP and laminate flooring. From fixing exterior siding repairs to installing light fixtures. Your contributions will ensure a safe and welcoming environment for everyone. If you're a proactive problem-solver who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in delivering quality results, we want to hear from you

What you'll do

  • Perform general maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting.
  • Respond promptly to repair requests and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
  • Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify potential problems before they escalate.
  • Must have basic tools.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete larger projects and improve facility functionality.
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of events or special projects as needed.

Basic qualifications

  • Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of various repair techniques and maintenance practices.

Preferred qualifications

  • LVP or laminate installations, light fixture, some plumbing.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.
