Job Overview

The Straintite Companies, a leader in the manufacture of liquid filtration products, is seeking a highly motivated Individual to work in our Clean Room.

Duties

  • Maintain a sterile cleanroom environment by following established cleaning protocols and procedures.
  • Monitor and document environmental conditions within the cleanroom, ensuring compliance with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices).
  • Assist in the setup, operation, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment within the cleanroom.
  • Handle materials and products according to safety and quality standards, ensuring proper packaging and storage.
  • Collaborate with team members to implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Perform routine inspections of equipment and materials, reporting any discrepancies or issues to management.
  • Performing proper techniques to safely operate automated equipment.
  • Reading work orders to determine material requirements.
  • Performing quality control checks of material to ensure conformance to specifications and appearance requirements.

Skills

  • Experience in a manufacturing or cleanroom environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CGMP regulations and quality control processes.
  • Proficient in materials handling, packaging, and warehouse operations.
  • Basic knowledge of machining processes is a plus.
  • The ideal candidate will have the ability to use equipment with maximum accuracy and efficiency. Attention to detail, with excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to work independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour
