Responsibilities

Administer hyperbaric oxygen therapy and diagnostic testing to patients under the supervision of a hyperbaric physician. All therapeutic and diagnostic modalities will be ordered by the hyperbaric physician/provider. Provides daily maintenance and safety checks prior to daily operations.

Qualifications

Education

  • H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required

Work Experience

  • 1 year of healthcare experience Required
  • 2 years Wound, Hyperbaric, or critical care experience is . Minimum of experience in healthcare is Preferred

Licenses and Certifications

  • None Required

Additional Licenses and Certifications

  • Current Georgia license or certification in one of the following areas: Certified Respiratory Therapy Technician Required
  • Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) Required
  • Emergency Medical Technician Required
  • Certified Hyperbaric Technologist Required
  • Surgical Technologist Required
  • Other CHT qualifying certification Required
  • BLS Certification through AHA Required
