Daily Task Performed:

  • Demonstrated communication skills, including the ability to clearly communicate ideas.

  • Ability to lead meetings, gain consensus, and take and distribute meeting minutes.

  • Translates conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to the business, developers, and project team.

  • Advanced ability to create complex business cases, process models, specifications, diagrams, mockups, prototypes, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team.

  • Develops and conducts peer reviews of the business requirements and functional specifications to ensure that requirements are correctly interpreted.

Position Success Criteria (Desired) - 'WANTS'

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent work experience.

  • Advanced ability to create well written business requirements.
