As a Sales Development Representative, you'll play a foundational role in shaping how companies discover and adopt AI-powered hiring solution. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective customers—identifying leads, qualifying them, and booking demos to drive adoption of real-time, autonomous AI recruiter. Working across multiple channels, including outbound calls, email, social media, and in-person events, you'll develop and refine outreach strategies that resonate with hiring teams across industries. You'll also own and maintain sales collateral and CRM systems, ensuring a seamless pipeline from first touch to booked meeting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
- 1 - 2 years of experience as a a sales development representative, preferably reaching a senior SDR title.
- Lead generation, qualification or booking demo experience (SDR experience)
- Looking for candidates who demonstrate "exceptionalism" in any area (can be non-work)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Able to be In-person in SF 5 days a week
