Full Time Legal Intake Representative

As a Legal Intake Representative at Legal Intake Professionals, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients. In this in-office role, you'll manage a high volume of calls with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail. Your main responsibilities include actively listening to callers, asking the right questions, and accurately documenting information. This is an in-office position.

We're looking for personable and well-spoken professionals who are eager to help others. While customer service experience is a plus, it's not required – we will provide comprehensive training. The ability to speak a second language, especially Spanish, is also a plus as we serve a diverse clientele.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills: Excellent verbal and written skills, including spelling, grammar, and diction.
  • Customer-focused attitude: A professional phone voice that conveys and concern.
  • Computer proficiency: Accurate and fast typing skills, with experience in a Microsoft Windows environment.
  • Reliability: Punctuality and great attendance are essential.

Compensation & Shifts:

  • Compensation:
  • English: $17/Hr
  • Spanish: $19/Hr

Shift and Training:

  • Shift: Full-time, 40 hours
  • Saturday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 12pm-9pm
  • Training: Two weeks starting Monday 11/17/25, Mon-Fri 8am-5pm CST. This will entail one week of classroom training and one week of Training Bay. The permanent schedule will go into effect Sunday 11/30/25.
