We're building a local outreach team to help residents enroll in special programs available in their area. As a Field Enrollment Representative, you'll meet face-to-face with people in the community, explain the program details, and assist them with quick, one-page enrollments.

No experience needed — full training is provided. If you enjoy talking to people and want consistent weekly pay opportunities, this is a great fit.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Engage with residents throughout assigned neighborhoods

  • Explain program options and assist with enrollments

  • Keep brief daily records of interactions and completions

**Requirements:**

  • Must be 18 or older

  • Reliable transportation

  • Positive, professional attitude

  • Self-motivated and dependable

**Compensation:**

$140 per completed enrollment

Average earnings: **$800–$1,500 per week**, plus team bonuses

**Schedule:**

Full-time or part-time flexible schedule

Monday–Saturday preferred

Barberton / Summit County, OH

Expected hours: 1 – 90 per week
