We're seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Business Development Representative to join our Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram store in Champaign. If you love talking to people and know how to make a great first impression — this is your opportunity
Responsibilities- Handle incoming phone calls
- Respond to and follow up on internet inquiries via email
- Make follow-up calls to prospective customers
- Assist sales managers with general business development tasks
- Schedule appointments for customers with sales representatives
- Interact professionally with all dealership departments
- Ensure every customer receives a world-class first impression
- Positive, professional, and friendly demeanor
- Enjoys talking on the phone and helping customers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Able to follow directions, adapt to change, and stay composed under pressure
- Reliable and punctual — must show up every day ready to work
