Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Agent based in Madison, WI. The Call Agent will handle incoming customer calls, provide information on services, schedule appointments, and coordinate service requests like towing and roadside assistance. Daily tasks include managing customer queries, maintaining records of interactions, and directing calls to the appropriate department. The role requires effective communication and exceptional customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills to assist and guide customers effectively.
  • Proficiency in handling calls and adept at using phone systems and basic computer programs.
  • Ability to manage scheduling and coordinate multiple service requests efficiently.
  • Problem-solving skills to handle customer concerns and on-the-spot decision-making.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment.
  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or related fields is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college-level education is beneficial.
