Responsibilities

  • Prepare menu items to club standards with consistency and attention to detail
  • Set up and stock stations with necessary ingredients and supplies
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and portion control guidelines
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and prep areas
  • Monitor product freshness and rotate stock as needed
  • Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure timely service
  • Perform duties independently with minimal supervision

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of cooking or kitchen experience preferred
  • Current Food Handler's Permit required
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Professional, dependable, and eager to learn

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs. occasionally
  • Ability to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced kitchen

Schedule

  • Full-Time & Part-Time shifts available
  • Must be available for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
