Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using React Native, Redux, Axios, Jest, and Expo.
  • Lead technical design discussions and make architectural decisions for native mobile applications.
  • Integrate RESTful APIs and SDKs to support dynamic and scalable mobile features.
  • Optimize UI performance and ensure smooth, responsive user experiences.
  • Write ADA-compliant and accessible code following best practices and standards.
  • Implement unit testing using Jest and ensure high code quality and maintainability.
  • Collaborate closely with backend developers for API integration and data flow.
  • Work with UX/UI designers to validate design feasibility and align development with user experience goals.
  • Support QA and product owners during requirement clarification and testing phases.
  • Participate in CI/CD pipeline implementation and contribute to DevOps process improvements.
  • Ensure application security, scalability, and performance tuning at all stages of development.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in React Native and mobile application development.

Required Technical Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in mobile app development, with at least 5+ years in React Native.
  • Hands-on expertise in React Native, Redux, Axios, Expo, and Jest.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Expertise in either iOS (Swift/Objective-C) or Android (Kotlin/Java) native development.
  • Experience in integrating and managing RESTful APIs and SDK integrations.
  • In-depth understanding of application architecture, database design, API layers, caching, and proxies.
  • Proven experience in performance tuning and debugging complex UI applications.
  • Working knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Bitrise) and DevOps pipelines.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and ADA compliance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with mobile app deployment on App Store and Google Play.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Firebase.
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA or Confluence.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills across cross-functional teams.
