Marijuana Budtender

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Marijuana Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will play a critical role in our dispensary, providing exceptional customer service, answering questions, and helping patients choose the right products for their needs.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and answer questions about our products, including edibles, concentrates, and flower
• Utilize your knowledge of cannabis products to help patients make informed purchasing decisions
• Ring up purchases on our cash register and handle customer transactions
• Maintain a clean and organized store, adhering to all regulations and guidelines
• Stay up-to-date on new products and strains, and assist with inventory management
• Provide product recommendations and engage in upselling and cross-selling techniques
• Demonstrate a passion for cannabis and a commitment to patient satisfaction
• Collaborate with the management team to ensure seamless operations
• Develop a strong understanding of our products and their potential health benefits

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a retail or customer service environment, preferably in the cannabis industry
• Strong knowledge of cannabis products, including edibles, concentrates, and flower
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle cash transactions accurately
• Experience with technology sales or familiarity with point-of-sale systems
• or fluent in Spanish, a plus
• A passion for the cannabis industry and a commitment to patient satisfaction
• Organizational skills, with the ability to manage inventory and maintain a clean and organized store
• The ability to adapt to changing regulations and guidelines
• A positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
