Are you passionate about dance and love building relationships? Join ID Dance Competitions as a Sales Associate In this role, you'll connect with dance studios and programs nationwide, grow participation in competitions, and help dancers achieve their dreams.

What You'll Do:

  • Hunt for new studio leads through calls, emails, meetings, and in-person visits.
  • Build strong relationships with studio owners, directors, and instructors to drive participation.
  • Conduct presentations and demos of our competitions to showcase benefits for studios and dancers.
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing programs and create new partnerships.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to represent ID Dance Competitions.
  • Track and report on sales metrics, pipelines, and outreach activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies and promotional efforts.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals to grow our nationwide presence.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Outgoing, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or the dance industry is a plus.
  • Comfortable with in-person client outreach and presentations.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple leads and projects simultaneously.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base salary:$60,000 annually
  • Commission: uncapped, competitive plan
  • On-target earnings (OTE): $70,000–$100,000
