We are an expanding marketing and sales firm in Salem, OR that partners with well-known retail brands to enhance customer engagement and drive measurable growth. Our team is passionate about delivering a great in-store experience while providing a workplace where ambitious individuals can learn, grow, and succeed.
We're currently looking for an Entry Level Assistant Manager to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a hands-on environment, and is eager to learn the fundamentals of leadership and business operations.
What You'll Do:
- Partner with management to manage daily operations and maintain a productive, high-performing retail environment.
- Take an active role on the sales floor—helping customers, demonstrating products, and modeling best practices in customer service.
- Support the training, coaching, and motivation of sales associates to achieve team goals.
- Contribute to sales initiatives, promotional events, and community-based marketing campaigns.
- Address customer questions or concerns promptly and professionally to maintain strong relationships and repeat business.
- Help maintain visual presentation standards and compliance with company guidelines.
What We're Looking For:
- Some college coursework or an associate's degree preferred (but not required).
- Prior experience in retail, sales, leadership, or customer service is helpful.
- Confident communicator with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to take initiative.
- Dependable, driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced, customer-facing setting.
