Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Chiropractic Therapy Assistant to support our healthcare team in providing exceptional patient care. This role involves assisting chiropractors with patient assessments, managing therapies, reviewing exercises with patients, and ensuring smooth clinic operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, the ability to multitask and prioritize, a solid understanding of physiology and anatomy, and a passion for helping others achieve optimal health. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic chiropractic setting while contributing to patient wellness and success.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients during check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a welcoming environment
  • Assist chiropractors with patient assessments, including vital signs and examinations
  • Setting patients up on therapies such as muscle stimulation, cupping, vibration plate etc.
  • Demonstrating and performing exercises with patients
  • Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for therapy sessions, maintaining cleanliness and organization
  • Explain procedures to patients and answer basic questions related to treatments and therapies
  • Maintain detailed documentation of patient interactions, assessments, and progress notes
  • Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient files
  • Ensure compliance with clinic policies, safety protocols, and confidentiality standards
  • Prior experience in healthcare or medical assisting is preferred but not required; training will be provided
  • Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology is advantageous
  • Excellent patient service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically
  • Experience with patient assessment techniques and intake procedures is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in record keeping and documentation

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
