Start your mortgage career from the ground up with a clear path to becoming a licensed Loan Officer in just 60 days.
Dynagen Lending is a fast-growing mortgage broker with a proven track record of developing talent. We're currently seeking motivated, coachable individuals to join our team as a Loan Officer Associate —an entry-level role designed to build your foundation in mortgage sales while preparing you to become a licensed Loan Officer.
What you'll do
- Make outbound calls to leads using pre-qualified lists.
- Spark interest in our mortgage solutions and qualify prospects for licensed Loan Officers.
- Learn the basics of the mortgage industry, sales strategy, and customer communication.
- Attend daily dedicated training sessions focused on preparing you to pass the NMLS exam and become licensed within 60 days.
- Work closely with experienced Loan Officers and team leaders to develop your skills and grow your confidence.
Qualifications
- Strong phone presence and communication skills
- High energy, resilience, and a positive attitude
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and take feedback
- Interest in sales, finance, or real estate
- No prior mortgage experience required—just the drive to succeed
