Core Responsibilities

  • Guest Service: Greet guests, take food and drink orders using Point of Sale system & handheld device and provide menu suggestions and information.
  • Customer Service: Provide best in class service.
  • Order Fulfillment: Ensure order accuracy and prompt delivery of food and beverages from the kitchen or bar.
  • Table Maintenance: Clear and clean tables after guests leave, and prepare them for new customers.
  • Point of Sale: Process payments accurately, including cash and credit card transactions.
  • Support Tasks: Assist with food preparation, restocking supplies, and other "side work" as needed.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Customer Service: Friendly, outgoing, and able to provide a positive customer experience.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills to interact with guests and coordinate with team members.
  • Pace and Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work well with other front and back-of-house staff.
  • Basic Knowledge: Familiarity with health and safety regulations is often required.
