Our clients love working with us because we go beyond compliance providing insight, strategy, and proactive support that helps them thrive.What You'll DoThis leadership role blends client advisory, firm management, and strategic direction. Core responsibilities include:Managing client relationships and serving as a trusted business advisorLeadership and oversight of the tax, accounting and consulting services provided by the firmReview of returns; 1040, 1065, 1120, 1120S, 709, 1041 and 990PFPreparation of a handful of complex tax returnsBe the "go-to" resident expert on complex tax matters, client re-organizations, mergers/acquisitions and entity salesFamiliarity with Partnerships and closely held businesses from the standpoint of being able to interpret agreements and contracts as they pertain to accounting and tax mattersIndustry familiarity: Professional & Personal Service industries, Medical Professionals, Restaurants, and RetailUnderstanding of Sales Tax concepts, laws and reportingTax projection and planning expertise, leading the firm's team with planning strategiesSignificant background related to multi-state tax filings and nexus concepts and allocationsGuiding the firm's evolution by developing efficient, technology-driven processesMentoring and managing a small, talented professional staffOverseeing new client onboarding ensuring service excellenceContributing to firm strategy, growth initiatives, and succession planningParticipating in professional development and networking to strengthen the firm's presenceWhat We're Looking ForActive CPA license7–10 years of progressive public accounting experience with deep tax expertise5+ years of management experience, including staff leadership and client relationship managementStrong understanding of small business accounting and tax planningProficiency with UltraTax and QuickBooks Online (ProAdvisor certification preferred)Excellent communication and client advisory skillsComfort with technology, automation, and process improvement toolsWhy You'll Love Working With UsExceptional work-life balance: ~2000 hours/year, Fridays off in summer,
