Pay rate: Up $65/hr (DOQ's)

Business Analyst (BA) needs to bridge the gap between IT and business stakeholders by analyzing data, business processes, and systems to recommend solutions for improved efficiency and profitability.

Key responsibilities include gathering requirements, documenting processes, and supporting project implementation. They require strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Requirements Gathering: Working with stakeholders to identify and document business needs and functional requirements.

Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyzing large datasets, market trends, and financial reports using SQL, Excel, and visualization tools to provide actionable insights Process Improvement:

Evaluating current operational procedures and systems to identify areas for optimization.

Solution Evaluation: Assessing the feasibility and impact of proposed solutions, such as new software or workflow changes.

Communication & Liaison: Acting as a bridge between technical teams (IT) and business units to ensure project goals are met.

Project Support: Assisting in project management, planning, and monitoring to ensure timely delivery.

Education Required: Bachelor's degree Years' Experience Required: 3-5 at least

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. Engages with business leaders to understand how strategies and data-driven changes can improve efficiencies and add value.

Work with business requirements and business data to define use cases to improve products, processes, and/or services.

Collaborates with Business Relationship Manager (BRM), business stakeholders and IT Product Owners / Managers to develop and document business requirements for product or system changes.

Drives business agenda during solution delivery process.

Functional Skills: Ability to analyze data and trends in order to develop recommendations to solve business problems.

Collaborates with cross-functional teams and provides leadership/guidance to ensure successful business requirement delivery, drives progress, identifies and manages risks.

Function as a liaison with key vendors' project teams, internal SMEs, and other project stakeholders.

Must be able to adapt to changes and manage uncertainty.

Must consistently and accurately create, collect, organize, and catalog business processes/flow documentation. ACD, IVR, CTI, Cloud Telephony Technology:

Understanding systems, software and technological concepts, Familiarity with data analysis tools and data modeling methodologies.

SPECIALIST CAREER STREAM: Typically, an individual contributor with responsibility in a professional discipline or specialty.

Delivers and/or manages projects assigned and collaborates with other stakeholders to achieve desired results.

May function as a mentor to colleagues or may direct the work of other lower-level professionals.

The majority of time is spent delivering, documenting, and overseeing the projects – from design to implementation - while and adhering to policies, using specialized knowledge and skills normally acquired through advanced education.

Requires 4+ years of experience with a High School Diploma or equivalent or Advanced Degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
