We're currently seeking a Retail Sales Manager — a customer-focused, goal-driven individual who can guide our in-store experience, drive sales, and support both our team and our customers.

What You'll Do:

  • Greet customers and assess their tire and service needs
  • Sell tires, automotive services, and accessories that meet both customer needs and store performance goals
  • Manage sales transactions, including retail, wholesale, and national accounts
  • Assist in managing shop workflow based on service sales and staff/equipment availability
  • Track inventory, stock tires, and maintain point-of-sale displays
  • Handle opening and closing duties, occasional tire mounting/balancing, and ensure deposits are made safely
  • Lead by example to maintain a clean, welcoming showroom and work environment

What We're Looking For:

  • Valid driver's license
  • At least 1 year of experience in retail sales management
  • Willingness to learn tire and auto repair tools and processes (we'll train you)
  • Ability to work 40+ hours per week, including overtime when needed
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures and occasional chemical exposure
