BCForward is currently seeking a highly motivated SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning Consultant for an Hybrid position

This engagement requires candidates to be on our W2 payroll (no C2C or 1099).

Key Responsibilities (Supplier Code of Conduct):

  • Configure and integrate SAP HR (SuccessFactors or ECC HCM; Mini Master in S/4 HANA) and SAP Concur.
  • Set up organization structures, job requisitions, position management, and employee self-service.
  • Build and optimize travel and expense processes in SAP Concur aligned with HR and finance policies.
  • Manage user roles, master data, and data sync between HR and Concur.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for users and stakeholders.
  • Handle system issues, enhancements, upgrades, and regression testing.
  • Work closely with HR, IT, and finance teams to ensure data consistency and process compliance.
  • Create documentation for configurations, processes, and test cases.
  • Provide ongoing support for SAP HR + Concur modules.
