Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Associate Attorney specializing in Immigration Law to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist clients with various immigration matters, including non-immigrant and immigrant applications, while providing exceptional legal support and guidance in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with applications including E2, L1, O2, and O1 categories.
  • Provide legal advice and representation in immigration matters.
  • Prepare and file petitions for international business immigration such as EB-1A.
  • Conduct legal research on immigration regulations and policies.
  • Stay updated on changes in immigration law and policy to provide accurate advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather necessary documentation and information for their cases.
  • Represent clients in immigration court, if necessary.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to the state bar and in good standing.
  • 1-3 years of experience in immigration law.
  • Strong understanding of E2, L1, O2, O1, and EB-1A processes.
  • Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
  • A passion for helping clients navigate the complexities of immigration law.
