Job Title: ABA Therapy Receptionist

Status: Part-Time/Full-Time Employee, established 2025

Reports to: ABA Clinical Director

Job Summary: It is the responsibility of the ABA Receptionist to assist the ABA Clinical Director in maintaining the Partners in Autism mission through administrative duties and clerical support tasks, and ensuring that guests and clients of Partners in Autism receive the highest quality services.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain Partners in Autism's company culture standards and best practices
  • Answer all incoming calls and route inquiries to the appropriate department
  • Manage the flow of the building, greet all guests, support them with service inquiries by providing resources, and direct them to their destination with courtesy and respect
  • Ensure the ABA clinic is tour-ready, professionally represented, and clean/organized at all times
  • Communicate with caregivers of ABA clients about upcoming consultation appointments
  • Complete ABA SOAP Note and ESA note reviews and audits
  • Assist Directors in maintaining the accuracy of electronic and paper files
  • Order office and cleaning supplies and maintain inventories
  • Maintain Trust Vending by stocking and ordering
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail
  • Maintain changes to the company bulletin boards and decor as needed
  • Work closely with Directors to maintain daily operations of the building
  • Assist in the preparation of client program or educational materials as assigned
  • Fill in for Therapy and respond to Response Team calls as assigned
  • Prepare company files and documents (ie. Orientation, New Hire and Medicaid Site Audit)
  • Complete additional administrative tasks as assigned by ABA directors or Managing Director/ Owners

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High School Diploma
  • Must pass a thorough background check
  • Must maintain RBT
  • Must have the ability to work with modern technology/office equipment, use current operating systems, and be able to communicate effectively with technology
  • One to two years of administrative or receptionist experience preferred
  • Must be courteous in an environment with a variety of individuals of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds
  • Must complete all company orientations and Health & Safety Training

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to do regular physical activities as required in an office setting, which may include physical bending, stooping, lifting up to 50 lbs, and sitting for long periods of time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
