How You'll Make An Impact

  • Responsible for the management, direction and delivery of the organization's global business operations.
  • Oversees the strategy for the development, implementation and enhancement of operating policies, processes and procedures that affect the organization's short and long-range goals and strategies.
  • Responsible for the strategic delivery of operations and special projects in multiple areas.
  • Responsibilities are typically diverse and vary according to the organization's changing needs.
  • Decisions are guided by functional or major operational segment strategies and priorities.
  • Sets, manages, and executes sub function medium-term strategy.
  • Accountability of staff results.
  • Influences others outside of own job area regarding policies, practices, procedures and communicating with executive leadership.
  • Decisions have a serious impact on the overall success or failure on area of accountability.
  • Interacts with executive leadership and others concerning matters of importance for responsible area.
  • Establishes key elements of long-term function strategy and short-medium term tactical and operational plans with measurable contribution towards the achievement of results of the Division.
  • Develops new products, processes, standards or operational plans in support of the organization's functional strategy.
  • May have budget or P&L accountability for area of responsibility, or manage elements of the budget.
  • Responsible for improving upon existing processes and systems using significant conceptualizing, reasoning and interpretation.
  • Recommends functional strategy.
  • May provide input to Division strategy, typically has budget or P&L accountability, and may manage certain processes or projects within a defined budget set by senior management.
  • Problems span a wide range of difficult issues across multiple Functions.
  • Exercises full management authority, including final approval of performance reviews, pay decisions, hiring decisions, discipline and termination and other personnel actions.

About You
Required:

  • Requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or equivalent experience.

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
