Your Impact

Talent Acquisition (50%)

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned departments, from posting through offer acceptance.

  • Partner with hiring managers to design recruiting strategies aligned with business goals.

  • Leverage sourcing tools and market insights to attract top talent.

  • Maintain a world-class candidate experience through transparent, timely communication.

  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement.

  • Support hiring events, pipeline development, and employer branding initiatives.

Onboarding & Orientation (50%)

  • Design and lead engaging onboarding and orientation programs across all business units.

  • Coordinate pre-boarding logistics background checks, systems access, and communications.

  • Partner with IT, HR Operations, and department leaders to ensure readiness for day one.

  • Facilitate new hire orientation sessions that reflect Vacatia's culture and values.

  • Continuously enhance onboarding checklists, templates, and dashboards.

  • Gather feedback to measure program effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Partner with HRBPs and COEs to align onboarding and recruiting processes with company goals.

  • Support enterprise-wide initiatives focused on engagement, retention, and career development.

  • Stay informed on best practices and compliance trends in talent enablement.

  • Serve as a key stakeholder in HR technology projects that enhance the candidate and new hire experience.

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, or HR Program Management.

  • Proven ability to balance recruiting and onboarding responsibilities simultaneously.

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

  • Experience with ATS/HRIS platforms (ClearCompany, ADP, UKG preferred).

  • High attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional employee experiences.
