What you'll do

  • Assist in the setup and teardown of construction sites, ensuring safety and efficiency.
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform tasks such as framing, masonry, and concrete forming.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to execute project specifications accurately.
  • Engage in various carpentry tasks, including trim carpentry and frame carpentry.
  • Support roofing projects by assisting with installation and maintenance.
  • Conduct heavy lifting and material handling to ensure smooth workflow on-site.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete remodeling, restoration, and fabrication projects.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.

Basic qualifications

  • Proven experience in construction or related fields.
  • Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery.
  • Ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively.

Preferred qualifications

  • Knowledge of construction estimating practices.
  • Previous experience on construction sites with an understanding of safety regulations.
