We are working with a full service Texas boutique to hire an experienced labor and employment attorney in their Dallas office to handle transactional L&E matters and give counsel and advice to corporate clients. The position is available on a full-time or reduced hours basis.

About the position:

  • Focus on labor and employment transactional matters, including handbooks, policies, procedures, and other employment documents.
  • Additional focus on counsel and advice.
  • Hiring as the firm feels strongly about offering this service to existing clients.
  • Open to hiring full-time or reduced hours.

About you:

  • Mid to Senior level attorney experienced in L&E and advice and counsel.
  • Can handle employment matters independently.
  • Independently provide counsel and advice.
  • Independently draft employment policies, procedures, handbooks, and other documents.
  • Comfortable running own desk and managing own files.
  • Texas barred.

Compensation ranges from $200,000 to $230,000 for full time employees.
