You will be required to have an active Food Handler certification.
Duties:
- Assist in the preparation of meals according to dietary guidelines and recipes.
- Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a safe and sanitary manner.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
- Follow proper food handling and storage procedures.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations.
Skills:
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to follow dietary guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects if necessary.
