Your role, your impact
As an Oracle Cloud Lead Payroll Consultant, you'll provide domain, functional and technical expertise required to effectively design and implement Payroll on Oracle Cloud ERP HCM/Benefits modules including Payroll, Time, and Labor.

Travel to client sites may be required up to 25% of the time.

Your day-to-day

• Provide Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll functional consulting services by acting as a subject matter expert and leading clients through the entire cloud application service implementation lifecycle for Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll projects;
• Effectively communicate and drive project deliverables for Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll projects;
• Work with companies on-site or remotely to deploy Oracle HCM;
• Guide clients through Oracle delivered functionality;
• Advise clients on best practices;
• Map business processes to delivered functionality;
• Document client requirements;
• Configure application functionality and assist with testing;
• Maintain ongoing relationships with clients;
• Work with peers to continuously improve the delivery model in an effort to provide the most value to clients while increasing project delivery efficiency;
• Work with and mentor junior level associates to ensure their professional growth.

Keys to your success

• Bachelor's degree;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Functional Lead role;
• Experience leading small teams (2 to 4 people);
• Experience leading design sessions;
• Experience creating requirements and design documents;
• Experience creating parallel testing strategy and approach;
• Knowledge of Payroll processes;
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and Microsoft Project;
• Demonstrated ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner;
• Ability to effectively work in a remote model with clients and peers;
• Self-motivated, and ability to plan work effort and manage priorities;
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

Extra edge

• PHR, CCP, FPC, or CPP certification;
• Oracle HCM Cloud or EBS experience.
