This role will lead a team of Project Managers that onboard new clients onto the Canoe Intelligence platform. This role is pivotal in ensuring a high quality onboarding experience as well as help drive customer value realization.In this role, you will be responsible for the performance, development, and success of your team. Your leadership will be key in driving both client satisfaction and team effectiveness. You will guide your team to execute standard, repeatable processes that adhere to the high quality delivery of the Canoe platform.What You'll DoThis role has two key components:Drive Team SuccessLead and Develop Your Team: Manage, mentor, and inspire a team, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for professional growth.Team Accountability: Maintain awareness across your team portfolio to ensure all projects are adhering to timeline, scope, and risk mitigation standards per our internal SOP and client SOW.Foster a Collaborative Environment: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging knowledge sharing, best practices, and collaboration within the team.Monitor and Enhance Team Performance: Regularly audit team interactions, project statuses, and client communications, providing constructive feedback and coaching to elevate team performance.Engage in Strategic Client Interactions: Join strategic and enterprise-level client calls to provide additional support and reinforce Canoe's commitment to client success.Drive Client ResultsClient Implementation Leadership: Oversee and guide your team in leading clients through their Canoe implementations, including technology configuration, data connectivity, and integration processes.Be a hands-on Leader: Act as the lead on strategic projects and Executive Sponsor on others.Expertise in Technology: Develop deep expertise in Canoe's technology offering, ensuring both you and your team can effectively drive client value through successful implementations.Project Management Excellence: Ensure that your team maintains high standards in project planning and execution, including regular communication with clients and internal stakeholders, and meticulous tracking of project progress.Client Relationship Management: Support your team in maintaining ongoing dialogue with Canoe's Relationship Management team, ensuring a seamless client experience from onboarding through to long-term adoption.What We're Looking For5+ years of experience in SaaS implementations, with a preference for complex, enterprise clients.3+ years of people management experience, including managing team members, handling escalations, and designing process structures that drive team success.Experience in Fintech, Alts, back-office environmentsStrong leadership and mentorship skills, with a proven track record of developing high-performing teams.Technical aptitude, with the ability to understand and explain complex technology solutions to both team members and clients.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence and inspire.Expertise in project management, change management, and expectation management.Analytical, data-driven, and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to solving problems and driving results.Client-centric mindset, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional value to customers.A collaborative spirit, with a desire to work in a team-oriented environment that values continuous improvement.Comfortable with some occasional travel to client sites (up to 25%)What You'll GetMedical, dental, vision benefitsFlexible PTO401(k)Flexible work from home policyHome office stipendEmployee Assistance ProgramGym/Wifi reimbursementEducation assistanceParental LeaveOur ValuesClient First —> Listen, and deliver client-centric solutionsBe An Owner —> Take initiative, improve situations, drive positive outcomesExcellence —> Always set the highest standard for yourself and othersWin Together —> 1 + 1 = 3Who We AreCanoe is reimagining alternative investment data processes for hundreds of leading institutional investors, capital allocators, asset servicing firms and wealth managers.
