About the Role

As an Entry Level Marketing Associate, you'll play a key role in helping our clients grow their brands through in-person marketing campaigns, event promotions, and customer engagement strategies. You'll learn the fundamentals of marketing, advertising, and client relations while gaining real-world experience in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the planning and execution of marketing events and promotional campaigns

  • Engage with customers to increase brand awareness and drive participation

  • Deliver product and service presentations at events and retail locations

  • Build lasting relationships with customers and community members

  • Work collaboratively with marketing and management teams to meet campaign goals

  • Track and report campaign performance, customer feedback, and engagement metrics

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Outgoing, positive, and team-oriented attitude

  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment

  • Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.

  • No prior experience necessary – paid training provided

  • Experience in customer service, retail, sales, or event marketing

  • Interest in business, communications, public relations, or brand management
