Position Overview

This is a hybrid position. We are seeking a Part-Time SPS Commerce Fulfillment Specialist with inside sales and sales support experience. You will primairly handle data entry, shipping notices, order processing, and more for our wholesalers. This role comes with a comprehensive guide and training course to help you succeed. In addition, you may work side by side with our Shipping Manager while still maintaining independent responsibility for ensuring smooth fulfillment operations.

While you're working on fulfilling orders through SPS Commerce, you will be expected to answer the phone if everyone else is occupied. You will receive a 2% commission for any sales you do make.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage order processing through SPS Commerce Fulfillment (including purchase orders, acknowledgments, advanced shipping notices, and invoices).
  • Monitor transaction statuses to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment with retail partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, customer service, warehouse) to resolve order discrepancies.
  • Maintain compliance with partner-specific EDI requirements and deadlines.
  • Troubleshoot errors or failed transmissions in the SPS Commerce platform.
  • Document and communication issues and resolutions to supervisors and relevant departments.
  • Contribute to Automotive lift sales as needed.
