Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team at Realist Marketing, an authorized dealer of AT&T. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for retail sales.

Duties

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
  • Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system
  • Maintain knowledge of current promotions and product offerings to effectively sell items to customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Supervise and train new staff members as needed, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management and customer feedback.
  • Uphold phone etiquette when answering customer calls or inquiries.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in retail sales environments is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with customers effectively.
  • Ability to supervise team members and provide guidance when necessary.
  • A friendly demeanor with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided.
