The position:

We are seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our team

We are currently hiring full-time and part-time therapists to work in Anchorage and Eagle River/Chugiak, AK.

Our clinic provides therapy services primarily in patients' homes and throughout the community. We often work with clients at parks, trailheads, rock gyms, bowling alleys, on the water, or on ski trails. Our approach allows for greater creativity, better understanding of each client's specific needs, enhanced carryover of home exercise programs and education, improved outcomes patient outcomes, and more fun We encourage community outings and outdoor recreation, and our clinic provides all necessary resources to support your creative treatment approaches.

Responsibilities:

  • Building your own schedule to meet your needs and scheduling patients accordingly
  • Completing documentation including evaluations, progress notes, and daily notes in SOAP format, administering standardized assessments, and adhering to federal/private payer regulations
  • Communicating with patients/caregivers, doctors, and allied health professionals to ensure optimal patient care

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
  • Experience in pediatrics preferred
  • Preference given to candidates with an active AK state PT license
  • New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply

Compensation/benefits: $85-91 per treatment hour

  • 25 treatment hours per week
