Job Overview

This position specializes in helping customers with all their fabricated needs. (In Office Position) Customers send over sketches of rough openings for a new frameless shower design that they would like us to quote or order. This position must be able to read the sketch (not everyone sends them the same) take that information and enter shower door design system that gives all the requirements for glass sizes and hardware required. That information then gets entered into our ERP system that either gets sent to the customer for a quote or an order that can be release to our production team , same sort of process for frameless store fronts just a different design software. This requires a lot of learning about glass, fabrication process, hardware, and for sure is a journey. All employees undergo a re-evaluation at the 90-day mark to assess the skills they have acquired, with the potential for earning more based on their progress. Employees may be re-evaluated every 90 days thereafter..

For someone that likes to learn and be challenged this is a great job. Very busy most of the time and never boring. This job does require someone that is reasonably good in basic geometry because of all the design. We are looking for someone hungry to learn and help us grow this team to be the best most knowledgeable in the industry.
