Position Overview

We are thrilled to invite you to join us as our Vice President of Relations. You've been hand-selected for this opportunity because of your unique ability to connect with others, your authentic presence, and your natural communication style. As VP of Relations, you'll play a key role in developing and nurturing connections with businesses—locally and globally—through whichever communication methods feel most natural to you: phone calls, texts, emails, social DMs, events, or in-person meetings. Your relationships will pave the way for our executive team to meet with potential clients and finalize deals, all while showcasing Axel Global's organic, human-first approach to business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain authentic relationships with prospective business clients worldwide.
  • Introduce Axel Global's services and values in a natural, conversational manner.
  • Connect potential clients with our executive team for partnership discussions.
  • Represent Axel Global at networking events, conferences, and virtual meetups.
  • Collaborate with our team to identify new outreach opportunities and creative connection strategies.

Compensation

  • Commission-Based: Earn 10% of the total contract value for every deal closed as a result of your introductions or closed on your own.
  • Example: A one-year $200,000 contract = $20,000 commission.
  • Example: A three-year contract of the same annual value = $60,000 commission total.
  • No cap on commissions—your earning potential is entirely up to you.
  • This is an Independent Contractor position with complete flexibility and no set hours.
