Job Description

Truong Enterprises is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join our growing Sales Operations team. This position plays a key role in supporting our Sales Representatives and ensuring exceptional service for our customers. The Sales Support Specialist will manage order entry, coordinate returns, assist with customer fulfillment and labeling requirements, and prepare product samples to help drive sales growth and operational accuracy.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and clear communication make a direct impact.

Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Management & Customer Support

  • Provide day-to-day order entry support for Sales Representatives, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Communicate with customers to confirm orders, resolve issues, and provide updates on fulfillment status.
  • Process returns, credits, and adjustments in coordination with accounting and warehouse teams.
  • Generate and maintain fulfillment labels and documentation for key customers requiring customized labeling or pallet configurations.

Sales Team Support

  • Partner closely with Sales Representatives to ensure accurate and efficient data entry for customer orders, pricing, and promotions.
  • Prepare and execute product sample shipments, ensuring correct labeling, documentation, and tracking.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical files for customer profiles, product specifications, and promotional materials.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and sales materials as needed.

Inventory & Operations Coordination

  • Collaborate with warehouse, receiving, and fulfillment teams to align inventory levels with sales needs.
  • Communicate potential stock issues or substitutions to Sales Representatives proactively.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts to streamline order-to-delivery processes.

Qualifications & Requirements

Required:

  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and follow-through.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to work cross-functionally between Sales, Operations, and Warehouse teams.
  • High level of comfort with technology, including ERP or CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word), and document management tools.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Strong work ethic and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Preferred:

  • Experience with ERP/WMS systems.
  • Familiarity with Asian grocery products or food distribution.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, Vietnamese, Chinese, Thai, or Burmese.
