We're seeking a dedicated Assisted Living Director to lead our assisted living team and uphold the highest standards of resident care and regulatory compliance.

The Assisted Living Director oversees all operations within the Assisted Living setting to ensure regulatory compliance, high-quality care, and a thriving community environment.
Key Responsibilities- Promote residents' physical, emotional, and personal well-being through a coordinated team approach
- Establish and implement policies, procedures, and best practices
- Develop staffing plans, reports, and budgets
- Collaborate with other departments to support resident well-being
- Provide a high level of service by making frequent rounds, ensuring continuity of care, documenting essential information, and observing residents' overall conditions
- Assist the Director of Wellness as needed
