Location: BFT West Frisco

We are not looking for someone to check the boxes. We are looking for a closer who can lead from the front, drive membership growth, and help manage one of the top strength training studios in the area

This role is 80 percent sales and 20 percent operations. If you cannot sell, this is not the job for you

What You'll Do:

Sales and Membership Growth (80 percent)

  • Own the pipeline. Make outbound calls, texts, and DMs every day
  • Convert trials and leads into full-time members
  • Follow up fast. Speed matters
  • Hit and exceed monthly sales goals
  • Drive local awareness through outreach, referrals, and partnerships
  • Coach the front desk and sales staff to follow your example

Operations and Team Support (20 percent)

  • Assist the GM in daily studio operations and scheduling
  • Lead by example in maintaining high standards and member experience
  • Jump in to help with events, issues, and team coverage
  • Step into leadership when the GM is off-site

Who We're Looking For:

  • 2 or more years of membership sales experience in fitness or recurring services
  • Confident on the phone and not afraid to follow up multiple times
  • A proven track record of hitting and beating sales targets
  • Strong communication skills in person, over the phone, and in writing
  • Organized, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Driven by results and motivated by earning potential
  • Ready to grow into a General Manager or higher-level leadership role
