Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled software Technical Program Manager to drive execution and deliverables for vehicle infotainment computer platforms. The ideal candidate would have a solid background driving end to end consumer electronics product delivery, including working directly with Architecture, Product, HW, and SW engineering teams across the product lifecycle and software stack.
Responsibilities
- Define cross-functional SW development, integration, and validation schedules for Infotainment ECU subsystem across the software stack
- Set-up HW/SW combined work-streams, milestones, and execution plan to launch on-time. Lead overall Infotainment SW delivery milestones aligned with vehicle teams.
- Surface and close technical program risks through the leadership team
- Develop and scale SW feature development work
- Develop SW product development lifecycle for infotainment
- Contribute to OK2x design reviews and supplier delivery performance
- Develop a scalable process for software engineering development and test assets
Qualifications
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or other related technical fields
- Experience in electronics product development across the SW stack from firmware to application layer and services
- Excellent cross-functional leadership, communication, and problem solving
- Expert in agile processes and running software teams using JIRA, Confluence, and other program management tools
Bonus Qualifications
- Automotive industry experience
- Experience in customer or partner engineering roles
Pay Disclosure
Salary Range/Hourly Rate for California Based Applicants:
$167,000 - $209,000 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).
Benefits Summary:
Rivian and Volkswagen Group Technologies provides robust medical/Rx, dental and vision insurance packages for full-time and part-time employees, their spouse or domestic partner, and children up to age 26. Full Time Employee coverage is effective on the first day of employment. Part-Time employee coverage is effective the first of the month following 90 days of employment.
