Job Overview:

The Manufacturing Coordinator is responsible for the undertaking of any administrative/office duties that allow the manufacturing team to focus on fabrication. This role requires an understanding of basic computer skills, time management and manufacturing principles. 

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and print accurate job packets for the production team.
  • Prepare shipping paperwork for all outbound freight in accordance with company requirements and quality procedures.
  • Schedule deliveries and pick-ups with various trucking companies.
  • Process and follow up on purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
  • Assist in overseeing and assigning maintenance due dates.
  • Upload and update maintenance logs.
  • Assist with job scheduling in E2 software.
  • Generate and report labor hours from E2 software.
  • Support process documentation and 5S improvement activities.
  • Maintain and update Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
  • Collaborate with Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety personnel to ensure compliance with all safety, operational, and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain awareness of and comply with environmental and safety policies, performing all duties to uphold high-quality standards.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in warehousing and shipping protocol  
  • Good communication and leadership skills  
  • Experience with E2 software & MRP/ERP systems  
  • Experience with 5S manufacturing procedures  
  • Experience with Proficient in basic Microsoft Word and Google Docs programs
