Locations: Pike Creek, Fairfax, and Dover

Position Type: Full-Time, Monday – Thursday, some Fridays (36 hours)

What You'll Do:

  • Assist our orthodontists during procedures, including braces adjustments, fitting braces, dental impressions and taking X-rays
  • Educate patients on caring for their smiles and orthodontic appliances
  • Sterilize instruments according to OSHA standards
  • Keep the clinical area clean, organized, and efficient
  • Support a positive, collaborative team environment

What We're Looking For:

  • Dental or orthodontic experience preferred
  • High school diploma required; dental records experience or certification a plus
  • Current Delaware X-Ray Certification preferred — if you don't have one, we'll provide study materials and pay for your exam
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of dental terminology
  • Dependable, professional, and compassionate
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-player attitude
  • Eager to learn and grow within our practice
