About the role

Join Columbia Ford's Mobile Service Team and bring expert service directly to our customers—at their homes, job sites, and businesses. You'll operate a fully equipped service van to perform routine maintenance, light repairs, diagnostics, and more, delivering the quality and convenience today's drivers expect.

What you'll do

  • Deliver outstanding customer service in a mobile setting
  • Drive and operate a fully stocked Ford Mobile Service van
  • Perform scheduled maintenance (oil changes, filters, batteries, recalls, etc.)
  • Conduct multi-point inspections and basic diagnostics
  • Communicate with the mobile service team and customers about service needs
  • Follow safety procedures and keep the vehicle clean and organized

What we're looking for

  • Ford-Certified Technician (or willingness/ability to become certified)
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • 2+ years of automotive service experience preferred
  • Strong diagnostic, mechanical, and electrical skills
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and customer-focused
  • Comfortable working independently in the field
