Made by Gather is looking for a Marketing Manager to support the growth of our fastest-growing brand, Beautiful by Drew Barrymore, an exclusive brand sold in Walmart US and in Walmart stores internationally. This position reports to the Director of Marketing and is based in Bentonville, Arkansas.

What you'll do: 

Brand & Strategic Leadership 

  • Champion the Beautiful by Drew Barrymore brand across all channels — ensuring every asset, message, and experience aligns with the brand's voice, look, and feel.
  • Partner with the Director of Marketing to execute the integrated marketing calendar, driving alignment and on-time delivery across teams and partners.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, licensees, and creative partners to uphold brand standards and consistency across packaging, eCommerce, and in-store.

Campaign & Creative Development 

  • Lead asset briefings and hand-offs to ensure creative deliverables are well-researched, on-brief, and delivered on time.
  • Build and support compelling presentations and creative briefs for retailer line reviews, launches, and internal communications.
  • Partner with internal teams on packaging design and imagery that differentiates the brand, communicates key benefits, and elevates shelf presence.

E-Commerce & Retail Execution 

  • Oversee the creation, delivery, and optimization of all eCommerce assets and copy for , maintaining best-in-class content quality scores.
  • Support in-store presence through research, development, and execution of retail displays and merchandising programs.

PR & Product Visibility 

  • Partner with the external PR agency to share brand updates, product education briefs, and calendar milestones.
  • Track and summarize PR wins and campaign impact for internal and external distribution.
  • Lead product seeding, review collection, and rating improvements across

Operational Excellence 

  • Manage product samples, inventory tracking, and distribution for events, photoshoots, and trade shows.
  • Coordinate billing, invoicing, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and budget accuracy.

Qualifications:  

  • Located in Bentonville, Arkansas  
  • 4-5 years of retail marketing experience  
  • Experience working for or with Walmart preferred 
  • Bachelor's degree with a focus on marketing
